KTG DONATES NECESSITIES AND PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT TO THE FRONTLINE FORCES AGAINST THE EPIDEMIC

On August 22, KTG Group, through a connection with the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union Social Work Center, donated to the frontline forces fighting the epidemic and disadvantaged people in Ward 13, District 4: 2 tons of rice, 1 ton of Da Lat agricultural products and a number of protective items for epidemic prevention and control with a total value of more than 60 million VND.

 

 

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Trinh - Chairwoman of Ward 13, District 4 said that there are currently 4 blockade points with 800 affected households in the area. Over the past time, the locality has also been the place where many outbreaks have appeared, at the peak of the epidemic, there were more than 20 isolation and blockade points, causing great difficulties for people's lives. The number of infected cases sent for isolation treatment and treatment at home has also increased. Therefore, with the support from KTG and sponsors, the ward has directly taken care of nearly 15,000 cases of difficult people to help stabilize their lives.

 

 

In addition to donating to Ward 13, District 4, previously, KTG Group also donated 20 tons of rice, 10 tons of vegetables, 1000 boxes of noodles, 500 cartons of milk and 4000 other essential necessities to support field hospital nurses and doctors, volunteers at checkpoints, etc police on duty and workers working in quarantine areas. The total value of goods taken care of up to this point is more than 1.5 billion VND.
