On the morning of March 17, at Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province, KTG Industrial – the industrial development segment of KTG Group KTG Industrial – the industrial development segment of KTG Group officially started the construction of the ready-built factory project phase 2. Mr. Dang Trong Duc – Deputy General Director of KTG Group – Director of Industrial Development officially introduced First design of "Generation of technology factory 4.0", a strategic product in 2020 in front of media units, partners and the Management Board of Dong Nai Industrial Park. The first duplex and detached factory designs belong to "Generation of technology factory 4.0" will be deployed on Nhon Trach 3B industrial center of KTG Industrial.
"Generation of technology factory 4.0" is the 2nd generation of KTG Industrial's factory, combining ready-built factories and warehouses with 4.0 technology with the desire to create digital convergence products between Industry, Business, functions and internal processes with the goal of Optimal Management – Effective Operation – Environmental Protection – Sustainable Development.
Besides the closed 4.0 ecosystem "Image 4.0 – Utilities 4.0 – Services 4.0 – Management 4.0", the generation of smart factories of KTG Industrial is also the first typical representative of “Thế hệ nhà xưởng xanh” khi triển khai hệ thống năng lượng mặt trời áp mái, nâng tầm với chứng chỉ LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design), is certificates for environmentally friendly buildings issued by the U.S. Green Building Council. This is a pioneering international standard in evaluating energy-saving buildings and protecting the human living environment, complying with energy saving standards and creating a green environment such as increasing drainage efficiency, reducing emissions, improving the quality of living environment, etc increase the adaptability of the building to changes in the environment and use renewable energy sources optimally.
