{"id":18592,"date":"2026-09-15T02:13:43","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T02:13:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ktg.com.vn\/?post_type=tuyen-dung&#038;p=18592"},"modified":"2026-09-15T02:13:43","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T02:13:43","slug":"senior-leasing-executive","status":"publish","type":"tuyen-dung","link":"https:\/\/ktg.com.vn\/en\/tuyen-dung\/senior-leasing-executive\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Leasing Executive"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Job Description<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline to achieve leasing targets and grow the Ready-built Warehouse\/Office tenant portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify and approach target tenants: manufacturing companies, logistics\/3PL operators,&#8230;..<\/li>\n<li>Prepare lease proposals, negotiate lease terms, and finalize lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, industrial real estate brokers, industrial park management boards, industry associations (e.g., VLA), and investment promotion agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and resolution of any lease-related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in site inspections of warehouses\/offices and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Job Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: College degree or above, preferably in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum 3\u20135 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or business development (Experience in industrial, commercial, office, warehouse, or logistics real estate is preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Language: Good working English for communication, customer meetings, and business correspondence. Knowledge of Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is a strong advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Skills: Strong sales mindset, excellent negotiation, presentation, and B2B relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency: Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
