Leasing management<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Identify market segments and prospects, propose and implement lease strategy and policies to maximize rental and occupancy of properties within the Company\u2019s portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Maintain and widen network of Chambers, Trade Associations, Trade Promotion Bureaus\/Agencies, Partners to explore new potential customers or new leasing enquiries.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Maintain good relationship with the Authorities and other Industrial Parks.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Secure new tenancies, conduct viewings and negotiations, prepare draft lease documents.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Compile and prepare occupancy, rental and other lease management statistics and reports.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Plan for timely lease renewals with existing tenants.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Prepare rental budget and forecast.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Supervise lease administration information input on Yardi, ensure proper maintenance of tenants\u2019 database in lease management system.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Training, assign tasks, supervise and assess team members\u2019 performance.<\/p>\n<p><em>2. Customer Service management<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Provide tenants consultation or introduce third party vendors to provide on initial business setup &amp; registration, business matching, market survey and some other operation aspects.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Build a comprehensive goods and services provider system for customers in KTG (one stop service), including but not limited to services such as logistics, labor, accounting \u2013 taxation, legislation, security, hygiene, etc., to increase the competitiveness in terms of services and utilities in KTG<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Supervise the supply process of goods and services and carry out quality assessment of providers on an annual basis to filter and select trusted and reliable ones.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Regularly update information and keep documentation of workshop tenants, including but not limited to lease contracts, operating licenses, representatives, occupations, numbers of employees, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Establish procedures and standards for customer service, and regulations on collaboration with the Investor, contractors and providers on handling customer requests.<\/p>\n<p>.
