Sales Supervisor of home/electrical appliances in supermarkets
– Plan sales and implementation
– Build sales routes by day/week/month
– Develop and implement promotion programs and other support programs, etc.
– Fulfill the assigned targets in the area in charge to reach the set targets
– Develop the distribution system in the area in charge: finding new customers, new sales channels
– Propose credit line for distributors/ Agents / Electronics Supermarkets in the area in charge- Collect market information, information on direct competitors
– Allocate and control work tools, product samples, POSM for SR
– Recruit and train SR
– Control market debt in the area in charge
– Make daily/ weekly / monthly / quarterly reports in a full, timely, straight and honest manner for ASM and Sales Manager
– At least 2 years of experience in the same position
– Have in-depth knowledge of electronics, electrical appliances
– Build good relationship with customers, collect customers’ information
– Proficient use of Office software
– Think, analyze data, reports (by week/month/quarter/year) as required by Sales Manager.
– Set and implement details of action plans, promotions for customers
– Be careful, detailed in work, able to work under high pressure.
