Project description:  Bitexco Financial Tower is the tallest building in Vietnam by 2010. This building is located in the heart of District 1. The building is situated on an area of ​​nearly 6,000 m² with estimated total investment about 300 million US dollars. Bitexco Financial Tower belongs to Bitexco Group, the owner of Bitexco Office Building, The Manor Hanoi, The Manor Ho Chi Minh City and The Garden. The project was completed and opened on 31/10/2010.

By design, the height from the ground to the top is 262m. Currently, Bitexco Financial Tower is ranked second in height after Hanoi Landmark Tower in Hanoi with a height of 70 floors. At the time of inauguration, Bitexco Financial Tower was rated 110th of the world.

Bitexco Financial Tower is built with steel and glass. The building has a helicopter deck on the 52nd floor. In addition, the Saigon Skydeck on the 49th floor offers 360-degree views of the city and Saigon River. The design concept of Bitexco Financial Tower is inspired by the graceful image of the lotus flower which is iconic symbol of Vietnamese culture. The building is a symbol of the dynamics of Ho Chi Minh City during the period of economic integration. Most of the area of ​​the building is set up by local and international financial firms. Moreover, the top of the building is decorated with lights at night creating stunning sight as the city’s lighthouse.
